Christmas Cards made with the Cricut

These cards are the first attempt of making cards with my Cricut.
The snowman on the first card was cut from the Winter Frolic cartridge. The navy and blue cardstock and the snowflake paper are all paper I had on hand. The other patterned papers were from Holiday Slab V from Provocraft that I bought a few years ago. I stamped Let it Snow on white cardstock, cut it out with Spellbinders Labels 21 and  inked around the edges. I used Star Dust Stickles for some sparkle.
The snowflake on the second card was cut from the Winter Woodland cartridge from white and blue cardstock. The card base was navy cardstock and the background paper was from a pad of  Christmas paper (Snow Day) from Walmart. The embellishments were from Dollarama. Star Dust Stickles was used to add some sparkle to the snowflake.

Happy Birthday

This card I used a Magnolia stamp- Bumble Bee Tilda stamped on white cardstock, and cut out with Spellbinders Labels 10. Image was colored in with copic markers. Glossy Accents was used on the black stripes and hearts on the antenna and stickles on the wings. The yellow cardstock was left over from another project and was embossed with the cuttlebug polka dot folder. The card base was black cardstock that I had in my stash.

Catching Some Sun

I stamped this card with the House Mouse-Ray of Sunshine stamp on white cardstock. The sunflower paper  was paper I had bought in a small scrapbooking/pharmacy  store I found. (Wish I had bought more) The green cardstock was a left over piece I had from another card. I colored the image with  pencil crayons using mineral spirits to blend the colors on the flowers and leaves. The mice I used chalks. I used Spellbinders Label Twenty to cut the image and Grand Big Scalloped Ovals to cut the card.  I outlined the card and the top layer with a gold pen.

I used Spellbinders Labels Twenty and Grand Big Scalloped Ovals to cut out the card. The card was stamped with the House Mouse- Sensory Overload. I used pencil crayons and chalks to color the image.
